(1) The Greater Janakpur Area Development Committee (Formation) Order, 2049 is hereby repealed.
(2) All the movable, immovable assets and rights and liabilities of the committee formed under the formation order as per sub-section (1) shall be deemed to be transferred to the council established in accordance with this Act.
(3) All activities performed by the committee formed under the formation order as per sub-section (1) shall be considered as done by the council established under this Act. Employees shall be deemed to have been appointed in accordance with this Act.
